Hello!  My name is Faraz Ghoddusi, and I am a dedicated Family Medicine Physician with passion and experience in healthcare, education, and a devotion to selfless service. I have been driven by my commitment to improve the mental and physical health of this community and I have fostered positive change throughout multiple levels of leadership on both a regional and national stage.

I am excited to announce my candidacy for the Tigard City Council, where I aim to bring these leadership skills and my passion for service to our local government.

I did not initially seek a nomination, but was encouraged to do so by the community around me.  If elected, my position is abundantly clear: I will accept the post to serve the interests of all people as a non-partisan candidate.  I will perform my duties with utmost rectitude, uprightness, integrity, and high-mindedness, upholding the Core Values of the Air Force that had been well instilled before my commissioning, but reinforced over my years of service:
